Complaint Review: Continental Collectables

Continental Collectables Both Representatives and the Supervisor -- once I asked for a name everyone refused to give a name. I received a phone call from this Continental Collectable this morning and spoke with a lady who said she called me 4 months ago and she was following up on an investment opportunity. She wanted me to invest 1900.00 dollars in stamps.  Later I received a call from 855-395-6500 Continental Collectables at 11:38am which lasted 23 minutes and 32 seconds. After he explained his product to my wife he stated to both of us again that his company called us 4 months ago, and they were following up because we said we were interested. I told him we were not interested and he became upset and immediately disconnected the call. I called back to get some information from the operator known as Kacey and she refused to give a correspondence address for complaints. She stated that Continental Collectibles is a telemarketing company. The only information she gave me was the website address and said to click on contact and send a complaint letter to that address. That address is leslie.morgan@continentalcollectibles.com. I would never invest any money with a company that displays this disgusting, horrible, and unprofessional behavior. Los Angeles California

I received a phone call from this Continental Collectable this morning and spoke with a lady who said she called me 4 months ago and she was following up on an investment opportunity. She wanted me to invest 1900.00 dollars in stamps. I asked her to call my wife and explain to her what type of investments she was referring to with all the explicit details.  She (no name) became very upset that I would not give her my credit card information over the phone and her tone of voice changed from professional to a monster. She became so upset she asked, “Why do I have to call your wife?”  and stated “you don’t make the financial decisions around your house” and then she disconnected the call.

I called back and was transferred back to him and later he put a supervisor on the phone to address the rudeness and unprofessionalism. The Supervisor refused to tell me his name and said he was doing me a favor by calling me. He was not a friendly person and talked over me and yelled in the phone. He also said  “they called me four months ago” and he became upset and disconnected the line too.
