The following is a Letter of Dispute addressed to Continental Credit:

I am sending complaint letters regarding Continental Credit's agreement to me that if I, your client, namely: Madelaine Pearson, who paid Continental Credit an $89 enrollment fee and $59 every month, the time period to improve
my FICA score would be 8 to 10 months. This was to be done by your agent Toby (assigned to my account). This agreement proved to be false as there were a total of 12 deletions as of October 2012, which were to have raised my FICA score which proved to be unture. My agent Toby moved on to leave your agency and consequently my account was neglected with
no work completed on the 12 deletions. I called Continental Credit on approximately January 25, 2013 in attempt to reconcile the differences but was denied cooperation from Theresa, Jeremiah, and one other agent. I have exhausted all resources.

Since then I contacted Mr. Kevin Cust who was the agent recommended by a referral from a Bank of America manager who
also will receive a copy of this complaint as well  Better Business Bureau and Ripoff Report Agency. They will document this complaint and follow through with their procedures. Unfortunately this is my only means of getting attention to comply with my demands. Thank you for your assistance regarding this. matter.
