Complaint Review: Continental Express Inc.

Do your self a favor and find someone else to move your belongings!!!

We scheduled a move time of 10:00 am and time was changed several times during the day. Continental Express show up at 8:00 pm (10 Hours Late) and completed the move (only 1 mile away) after 2:00 am in the morning!!!

I was quoted a price of $75.00 an hour for 2 guys and additional costs for packing. I guestimated that the actual move would reasonably cost about $600-$700 ($450 in hourly rate). The moved cost me $1,450.00. The protected about 6-7 glass items in their so call additional packing costs. It cost me $1,000.00 for them to put cardboard around these 6-7 items!!!
The mover showed me a total bill over $3,500.00 but lowered it because the move was so late. What a bunch of balogona that was.

This was the parting gesture...they actually had the audacity to ask for a tip for their hard work and the late hours they worked.

I will never use this group again, and more importantly, I will never recommend them to anyone either, not even to my worst enemies.
