I signed up with this company in july 2008, since then the company has called me starting 7 days before my payment was due damanding that i give them my checking account information to make the payment because they did not accept money orders. I told the woman that i never give my account info to anybody. This woman starts yelling and screaming at me, calling me an idoit, telling me how stupid i was, now this does not sound like a pro company. I asked to speak with the supervisor and the woman denied me of speaking with her boss. Two days later I receive another phone call from a man stateing that if i do not make a payment that day on the phone with him my account will go into default. Default??? My payment was not due yet!

SO I make the payment online of 155.00 When the payment is credited, too my suprise i only had 45 to use on the card. I called and wanted to know what was going on? The woman proceeded to tell me that i was LATE! So a late fee had been assigned to my account. Long story short This company is a rip off I am having to file this because just this afternoon another rep from the company called my house at 7am. when i told them i was cancleing the card the man called me a very stupid woman for wanting to cancle my card. I told him that the company had harressed me enough and i was not going to be a victim any more. He told me that i was a Bi*th and I was no good for nothing and that i let all my bills go to h*ll and i would be SORRY FOR NOT PAYING THE COMPANY.

This can not go on for anyone else.
