I got this card about a month ago from this so called "company". When I called to activate the card, I was told that I had to set up my first payment of at least 80.00 for 12/10. No matter how much I politley told the man that I would really rather just send them a check, he was insisting on it. I was informed after I had set up the pay that I would be charged a 9.00 processing fee for paying by phone. So I was forced to pay an extra 9 dollars even though I did not want to pay by phone. Strike one.

Then, after the payment was taken out of my account, I checked on my statement online. I had a 300.00 credit limit, with a balance of 191.78. So the normal person able to do middle school math would know I should have at least 100.00 of credit to spend. The website told me I only have 8.00. Strike two.

I then tried to call the number on the back of the card, and was told the same thing. When I picked the option to speak to a real live person, I was asked for my account number and my zip code. I entered both and was told they did not match the records. I was asked for them again, entered them again, and was told the same thing. A third time I was asked for them, entered them, and again was told they did not match. Strike Three.

This company is nothing but a problem. I will try to keep you updated and we will see if anything gets done.
