Complaint Review: Continental Finance

ok ..i have had this card since july of this yearand a head ache to go with it.
iv made my payments on time and through my bank account but this last time i made it through western union.today i logged in and have no avable ammount on my card so i do some research and fined out that they have added over limit fee's and late fee;s 3 days in a row and that there are charges i didnt make or anyone in myfamily didnt make.

so i call them and they keep telling me about the payments i told them the payments were made and that they were double charging me she didnt care so then i told her that there were charges on my card i didnt make and she said that they could do nothing about that. how can they get away with this?
