We ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2005. Our visa was charged $116.00 (no free delivery as stated in ad). We were told the order would be delivered on Mon. or Tues. (late). Two weeks later still no delivery. We phoned and they said they would credit back our visa, but that it would take a month as they had a lot of Mother's Day orders that were not delivered. They blamed the florist for 'running out of flowers'. After a month we phoned again, we still had not been credited. They said the orders had to be done by hand because their machines were down, so it would take a couple more weeks. Yes you guessed it. Two weeks later another creative excuse, which we believed. Anyways it dragged out for 3 months one excuse after another. Our visa said they couldn't do a 'chargeback' as it was past 30 days. Needless to say we cancelled our visa. This man should be in jail for blatant theft!
