Continental Services ripoff, scam , preying on the disabled, stole $329.80 and caused me to be overdrawn, possibly evicted Las Vegas Nevada
I too was taken in by this scam. They promised not to take any funds from my account until I specifically authorized it. I do not have overdraft protection, but Wells Fargo let it go through anyway. I wasn't aware the funds had been transferred so I made several small purchases with my debit card racking up more fees.
I am blind and on social security. I cannot afford what these scum are doing to me. I am going tothe bank tomorrow to see what can be done. I've also filed a complaint with the FTC. I'm sure the media would eat this story up! If the bank gives me any trouble I'll be sure to mention the media displaying a blind victim being victimized again by the big bad bankers!

At first, Wells Fargo Bank was uncooperative, then Adam Childe
represented me. We went to the largest branch in the state of Alaska and spoke to a manager. At first he tried to speak to us
in soothing tones and blow us off. Using techniques learned from
rip-off reports, Adam threatened to hold a press conference on
the sidewalk outside the main branch of Wells Fargo in Alaska.
I am blind and on social security so obviously this wouldn't play well to the public. Just today we were told we weren't guarenteed to get my money back. As of now not only did I get my money back, but Wells Fargo gave me back all the overdraft charges I incurred due to continental services corrupt business practices. Rip-off report.com rocks! And people like Adam, willing to take them on rock too, read and learn and you can make a difference too!
