Continental Sewing Center Rip off, bad business, rude owner, thief Lexington, Kentucky
Save your time and money, don't shop with this place. Ronald the owner is the rudest person I have ever meet, he yelled and cursed me in front of other customers when I went back to pick up my machine that was supposed to be services. He had not touched my machine, after I asked why my machine had not been serviced he basically threw me out of his store.
DON'T SHOP AT THIS PLACE, the owner will rob you and cheat you anyway he can. Brother doesn't seem to care how this man acts even though he is an authored dealer of Brother International.
Not only will I never shop at this place again I will never buy another Brother product as long as Continental Sewing Center is an authorized dealer.
I totally agree with the other posts about this place!

Until selling to this person, we never had a bad report on this website. However, if you look up the person and his mother, you will find they have over 90 complaints againts them. Some of the complaints include extortion. They will complain unless they get there way. Just type in Jordan Palmer or his mother Nancy Couch and you will find numerous complaints of being ripped off and the also change there names to avoid detection. Sellers and Buyers both beware.
