We hired this "company" for our move because they were the least expensive and were to be the fastest at getting our things to Florida:( We were sooooo wrong!

Things were picked up 10 days later than we expected. Our things were not properly re-packaged. We packed all our own things and were still charged extra for supplies. Once our things were on the truck price increased from $1800 to $3500. My husband talked them down to $3200 and was promised our furniture would arrive safely quickly and be re-built for me and my kids once in Florida. Wrong again.

Our things arrived 10 days later. By a different company. I was insulted, harassed and treated like an animal by these "men". They threw my things everywhere, they ruined my floors, they almost left some pieces of furniture in the hallways, they left garbage in the hallways. It was an absolute frightening and disgusting ordeal.

Continental through out this time was nothing but insulting and discouraging. They kept telling my husband (in NJ) and myself (in Florida) that it is not their problem and to call the other company....

We signed with Continental not any other company! To be continued, as they forged my husbands info on the line where we agreed to the "60 cents per pound". We were never explained anything about that, we were never given a clear inventory. My things are ruined and missing and my children and my family are forever scarred by this event.

The company has received our claim almost 3 weeks ago. I have a recorded conversation with them. They were aware that the conversation was being recorded and yet they still lie. I have received nothing from them in return as of yet. My claim was detailed as they requested in their "claim forms" and acknowledged that the claim is received and proceeding forward. So I don't know what they are talking about but I guess they must be referring to other customers they ripped off in the area. Just read up on their "good standing".

We are responding to our customer complaint. The insurance that is covered by Law is $.60c per pound per article.The customer refused our offer. We are a good standing company and always work with our customer to try and resolve every claim. When our customers accept the offer we always send them their refund check.
