Complaint Review: continental vanlines inc

when reserving your moving truck with this company they are very nice and are willing to work with you.. once your truck arrives and your stuff is loaded, they fail to mention to you that their liscence has been revoked, and your household goods will be on the same truck with yet another family.

when my family arrived to our new home, i called to make sure the date and how much we owed. they put me on hold saying they will get a hold of the driver to find out that information for me. after a while they came back saying they could not get ahold of the driver and will be in touch when the driver calls them back. after a week of this run around they finally told me that my stuff is being loaded on a truck and will be on its way..

on the contract the expected date of delivery in by April 25th, 2012. That happens to be today and still nothing.. we got a voicemail from one of the ladies saying something happened with the truck and our stuff wont be delivered till may 15, 2012

i will not recommend this company to anyone. they are giving the real continental van lines a very bad rep.
