This company promised the world when they were trying to sale me there top warranty policy for my 2002 s class Mercedes Benz. I bought the warranty 2 years ago and I finally tried to use the extended warranty. So far they have denied 3 request from the dealership. The Mercedes dealer said Continental Warranty is the worst company to work with because no matter what they will deni the claim. I have had 3 electrical problems and this point they have denied every claim the Mercedes dealer has requested. I Tried to call the company and they put me on hold for over 45mins. Im sure they do this in hopes to make the problem go away. all I have to say do not buy a warranty from this company
