Continentalfinance due to lack of communication on there part i now have outstanding bill against my credit report First Bank Of Deleware Internet

My wallet was stolen and my card was in it and it was used. it was proven by police and a camera that money was taken off of the card. i was told to send in a copy of the police report and that the money that was taken off of my card would be put back onto my card.

there were at least three copies of the police report sent to the company, and i have herd nothing, by phone, mail or any other means of communication by them. i have called and left numerous messages to the company, with no respaose what so ever.

i never recieved a final bill to make me aware of my final balance of $89.00, and because of the lack of communication on behalf of the company, my balance is now over $600.00. after going threw almost 2 1/2 hours of automated services, with no accomplishments,, i finally talked to a real person who gave me the run around.

i am more then willing to pay the $89.00 that i owed the on the card, before the additional charges were added by the company. but i feel that i should not have to pay late charges as well as all of the other fees that the company has added, without my knowledge.
