I found Top Pay Pro's by way of a Craigslist ad and invested my money to become an owner.  The program is sound, the products are okay, although the website templates they employ are weak at best, as you can now get FREE websites on WIX.COM that are hands down far superior to this.  But, BizBox IS a good product for the uneducated.  Anyway, after a few months, I decided to go in a different direction and submitted my termination request.  I was notified that my account had been canceled as of Jan. 30.  Two weeks later, they hit my bank account for the $125 monthly service charge.  Since I was no longer using this account, I was also hit with an NSF charge.  I sent them a notification of the error and they agreed to refund my $125, which took another week or two.  Then again on March 4, I receive a notification from BizBox that they can't process my payment.  I respond to them and remind them that the account was canceled in January.  They replied with "we're investigating the problem", two more times over the course of 1 week I received notices that they were "Unable to process my payment" and they would try again within 72 hours.  Am I to believe that a "technology company" can't handle simple accounting and account management?  Stay Away!!!!!!  James - Plano, TX
