Complaint Review: contour logistics

I used this company for customs clearance and delivery for an international shipment of antiques. They were just awful:

-the office staff barely speaks or writes english and has a hard time understanding the simplest questions.
-after many emails and much of a to do, the manager/owner? got back and said he would address my problems and questions about the delivery. i emailed him a very specific list of instructions and questions  about how i wanted the delivery. he told me he would call before the delivery was made to answer the questions and organize things.
-he never called or followed up. as soon as i paid the customs brokerage fee by CC, i got a completely unplanned and disorganized delivery of 41 pieces of furniture. it was a complete and utter mess. no bill of lading, no inventory sheets, no one with any idea what so ever what was being delivered and why.

-the delivery was poorly packed and literally thrown into the door.

They are just idiotic, irresponsible and really lame brained
