Complaint Review: Contractor-books.com Or ReadyConnect (same People)

I ordered a digital Scale Master on 7/21/08 on line, the charged my business checking debit on 7/23/08 and sent me confirmation via e-mail indicating the item had shipped and I would receive no later than ten business days. Well I did not receive my order in the alloted time and started calling, always voice mail indicating all lines busy and to leave your phone number and your call will be returned in the order received. GUESS WHAT, no return phone calls, again I left more messages and then I sent them an e-mail requesting information on my order. GUESS WHAT, no response to my e-mail inquiry, I also sent them a fax with the same message of inquiry to again include all my contact information such as e-mail address (they have it) my home phone, my cell phone, my fax number and again NO RESPONSE. By now I reliaze I am a victum of fraud and have been taken or so they think. I immediately went on line to check out RIPOFF REPORT and who do I find with a long list of people in the same boat as me...the same people. Now I am mad and I will not stop until satisfaction is obtained from these dishonest theifs. I am working with my bank and turned over all downloaded electronic communications and they are working to get my money back. The amount of lost time I have experienced is astrnomical and cannot be recovered, I needed this specific item to complete my work each day so my losses are heavy. I am in hopes NOBODY EVER PURCHASES ANYTHING FROM THESE DECEPTIVE PEOPLE WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HIDE OUT BEHIND P.O. BOXES, ELECTRONIC GIZMOS ETC ETC ETC. SURE A SHAME ISN'T IT.
