It's the same guy, he was also on dateline NBC as a scam artist, he used to have store front in 91G knickbocker Bohemia which was staged and that's where Chris hansen from NBC confronted him
I'm not sure he is still at this location but he probably still lives in 516 3rd ave in bayport NY

Stay away from him and his entire family of convict psychopathic thieves! His brother is a bank robber. Spent 7 years in federal prison. Robbed bank with a gun. He used to reside in NY as well, but had to leave because people were after him....for doing exactly what his brothers doing! Did this guy ever get arrested for his filthy conning tactics? He was down in Florida helping his felon brother do work in July. Please tell me he has a warrant or something!!! Very disturbing.
