After receiving our order of outdoor landscape lights we discovered that two of the lights were damaged. Broken weld at the finger screw on the light shield/lens, as well as items being dented.

We promptly contacted CCL via their email process to report the damage. After several attempts to contact them we discovered that our damage report was 'lost'. We refiled our damage report and were told by the customer service rep that we had to send photos of the damaged lights. We promptly sent the photos, but again heard nothing back.

When we again reached someone at CCL we were told that the replacement lights had been shipped. We waited but nothing ever arrived. Now we were told that the order could not be shipped without a zero balance invoice being signed. We signed the invoice and faxed it back while still waiting on the line to be sure they received it.

Now we thought for sure we would get our replacement lights . . . still nothing. I have called the customer service number more times that I care to tell you. Each time someone tells more lies, or hangs up on me. If you order from this company you are really taking your chances. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICES at this organization.

We have done everything they have asked of us and now more than two months later we are still waiting for our replacement lights to arrive.

To date I am still waiting to receive my replacement lights.
