WWW.PAYCONVERGENT.COM Trying to get me to pay them even with a discounted amount saying they have settled on a agreement with if paid in full I would follow the discounted amount in one full payment of $156.77 instead of $223.95 that they say I owe Century Link. Well that Century Link debt has been satisfied almost 2years ago with payments made to Century Link not any collection agency. I have the money order reciepts to prove account satisfied-these idots don't think I know when a bill is paid or not? I want others to beware of this agency-their wolfes in sheep clothing. I just recently recieved a letter from a collection agency stating that if I pay $156.77 this amount is their bargin amount with their client Century Link-if I make 1 time payment to them I don't have to pay the $223.95 supposely is the full and final total to them or Century Link because they have debated and agreed to the $156.77 amount to be paid by me to Convergent Outsourcing Inc.
Yes I did had an outstanding balance with Century Link when I sold my home and moved. I paid Century Link dirrectly. They could of contacted a collection service over the provided service debt but I paid each and every month as much as I could to satisfy this debt I had with them almost 2 years ago.
Now this quaks want to try and get money from me? They are scams. I have paid with proof of payments made to Century Link and I returned all the equipment in person at one of their customers' sites. Which is in Roseville Minnesota where I did the returns at a center in the mall setup for their clients for equipment purchases or questions about networking etc...
Now these quaks want money from me and in a discounted form that they are pushing me to believe. I am not falling of this hoax and felt I should say something to anyone that these guys are crooks-wolfes in sheep clothing-rip off gimmic site-
The bill has been satisfied so whose bill is it? Their wanting money from me and why? Century Link bill has been satisrfied 2 years ago. What kind of drug are they on at the processing collection center? I guess there's always a 1st time for everything.
I am a retired senior but not that senior that I can't remember if I paid a bill or not!
