Convert2Media delayed payment more than four months Florida physical location
Have you heard about Convert2Media? have you ever worked with them? Here, I want to tell you our miserable experience with C2M.
We are small Affiliate team based in China, and run mobile campaigns with some domestic network, on weekly payment basis.
We started to know oversea affiliate marketing in Oct. and tried to sign up C2M as an affiliate because we see positive comments on C2M on industry forum.
And after some test, we found that our traffic match very well with C2M’s offers. We have to seize the opportunity to scale up.(which is very important for a affiliate.), on the other hand, C2M wants us to send larger volumes as well, so they gave us more cap, and made many promises to pay. They even told us, if we can increase the daily revenue to $1000, they could pay us weekly. We started to scale up, and made even more than $10000 a day.
In the mean time, we keep close contact with our account manager to make sure our traffic and the creatives are OK. Because they are some CPS offers, and the quality is much more easier to control than other offers like games. Furthermore, we got the promise to pay from our account manager. So were not focused on the risk control and made $151411 in total on our account.
On the other side, with the larger volume we sent, it’s hard for us to afford large amount of traffic expenses in USD (the traffic platform ask us to pay in advance)
It drives us to find the solutions. We finally found Idvert Group Ltd., one of the very few company in Hunan who have enough cash in USD. We have to signed a loan contract with Idvert Group Limited, get loan and pay interest.
However, we never thought, it’s the start of nightmare.C2M promised to pay time after time, makes lame excuses to delay his payment. And finally, we got $63449 only , and as a excuse of our rebill is too low , so refuse to pay for us the outstanding.
Furthermore, we also introduced other two affiliate team to join C2M.And I heard that they have experienced the same thing. Working hard day and night but get nothing in return, and have no place to tell.
Now, we were prosecuted by Idvert for failing to pay the debts, but C2M just ignored all of our request. What are we supposed to do in this horrible dilemma?
