Complaint Review: Conyers Nissan

Conyers Nissan Theft by deception. Falsifying conditions to my car and each time it is changed, I pay. But my car still is not working Conyers Georgia

 On March 28th, 2013, my car would not start so I had it towed to Conyers Nissan. After doing a visual scan of the car, the mechanic said there was a "blown head gasket." The car had never runned hot before, it just would not start, but he insisted that it was a blown head gasket so I paid $1400.00. Six days later, the car would not start again, so it was towed for the second time on April 3rd. This time the mechanic say "catalytic converter" is broken and entire unit must be replaced. So I paid & 1100.00. 9 days later while driving on the highway, the car cut off and would not start, so it was towed again. I was frustrated by this time and asked why? Aaron, the intake person responded "research shows that cars misbehave for their owners, but not for strangers...your car knows your driving style and that's why it is misbehaving for you."

I began crying because my car broke down the 4th time and had to be towed on July 8th. I was threaten by Aaron, the intake person, that police would be called and I would go jail if I did not shut up and stop the crying because other customers were looking. I insisted that my car be repaired, but they asked for additional monies...exactly &335.00 to look at the car. I got fed up and sued Conyers Nissan on August 27th. I considered their actions immoral, theft by deception, and down-right greedy!
