COOK ENTERPRISES CROOK ENTERPRISES KEPT MY CAR SIX MONTHS AND STOLE IT. CONNOLLY SPRINGS, North Carolina
Crook/Cook Enterprise, did a repair on my car it was paid for and I was coming back a month later to get my other car repaired. They said it caught on fire as I was coming to get it. They had put a new battery in though it had never been on fire before. I told them repeatedly I wanted an estimate for all the repairs and if under a certain amount I would fix it. Over six months later they never gave me an estimate, the very ignorant owner yelled at and harassed me when I called him every two weeks to check on the estimate.
He finally gives me an estimate higher than the amount I originally told him. I asked him if he could fix half now and half later, he refused. I told him I would have to have it towed and he refused to let me do so, having it blocked in my other cars. Crook/Cook Enterprise did this on purpose, stole my car and intended to do so the entire time. The owner knew I was single and where I lived because he had towed it from my home. This man is a violent, criminal and I hope no one every has any dealings with him.
