I deposited bitcoin at the Cool Cat online casino to do real gaming. On June 13. 2017, I won $2400.00. I requested a payout of $2000.00.
I callled their phone line listed and got an answering device, I left a message. I made repeat calls 4 times and have never received a return call.
I tried their online chat, the person told me I needed to fax them a copy of my drivers license, both sides, my credit/debit cards and my passport. I told them that was illegal phishing. They stated it was the only way they would give me my winnings and then discontinued the chat. I have also sent several emails to their site with no response.
There is still $2000 listed on the account when I log in.
