Poor quality service and poor quality product. You cannot get in touch with anyone except via email. My first order experience was horrible. I was charged close to $25 each for three posters (the photos looked like they were canvases), and they got all three orders wrong.

Then they charged me a high shipping code and shipped all three posters in separate containers. I wanted to cancel my order, and I emailed repeatedly asking for a representative to call, instead they apologized and sent a replacement order.

They stated they were unable to provide any phone service whatsoever and the only way I could get in touch with them was by email. Horrible Experience. D. Kirk
