I first made a purchase with cool handle because I was given them from Anthony Morrison he said that they wee a good company to use. The purchase was to be for 1 dollar next thing I know $ 800 was taken out of my account. I called and cancelled the purchase and was told that it takes 7-9 business days for me to receive my money. For the last 2 months I have not got an response back from them and I have called or emailed just about every other day
