Cool TV Product ---Ripped me off TOO
I ordered and received the item about 2 months late. I returned the product and have not been credited. I have called an emailed. No answers. I searched the BBB for CT and found the Presidents name and called the number. No help. I did make a report and am now having them investigated through my credit card. How can we get these no count folks?

I received an email the next day from Brian. The man says to go through my credit card and make the disbute. He says he has money in escrow to cover the amount. Says he is sorry for the trouble.
