I placed an order for a personalized CamelBack water bottle through Coolers by Design's website on October 16, 2013 and paid for the purchase ($21.99)through a verified Pay Pal account. Immediately after my placing my order I communicated via email with Natalie from Coolers by Design to make a change in the color of my order; I received a response within minutes telling me that the change would be made to my order.

Following Coolers by Design's store policies, I waited 5-14 business days (Tuesday - Friday) for my order to ship, it never did. I have contacted Coolers by Design three times via email requesting the status of my order; each time I included my order ID and original order confirmation. These emails were sent on 11/11/2013, 11/14/2013 and 11/20/2013 and I have not received a single response, or my order for that matter.

I presently have an open case with the better business bureau that the company has not responded to.
