I have been a backer since July 2014, and have suffered the same  meaningless updates on delivery of the product as over several thousand other backers.  These updates include missed delivery dates, manufacturing woes, constant messaging of a lack of funding and continued delivery delays.

The last update included a message about my "Batch Number" based on my membership, geographical location, and color choice.  However and as usual, there was not an anticipated delivery date.  

I finally asked for a refund, and there was simple reply.  "We need to keep your money, and can only offer a refund two weeks before "my" cooler ships.  And again, no date offered when that would be.

This company is clearly in dire straights and at this point in time, all I can assume, is they have no intention of refunding any monies owed or delivering the product.

My all in price is $240.00 USD and while that is not a large sum of money, it is now the principal of thing.  Ryan Grepper and Coolest Coolers needs to refund the money to those that want out immediatly.  At this point, thier continued position (No Product, No Refund) should be considered theft and hopefully a class action lawsuit executed agasint them.
