Cooley Mazda & Volkswagon Cooley Motors Sold me a garbage extended service contract that would not cover repairs and refused to refund my money. I canceled and had 65% of the purchase price coming back to me. Rensselear, New York

 Cooley Motors in Rensselear NY ripped me off by selling me an extended service contract that would not pay for covered repairs. They then in turn would not refund the 65% of the money I had coming back to me after I cancelled the contract. They don't even return my phone calls. Not only did the service contract not pay for covered repairs it was not even accepted by any repair shops in my area. Michael Smith the finance manager that sold me the contract told me that it was accepted by any registered repair shop in the USA. This was a LIE!! He also told me that it covered any and all repairs barring wear items and abuse. This was A LIE!! I dont owe these jerks anything including Eric Cooley who also will not refund my money or return my phone calls. They ripped me off of $2073.72 and I am not giving up until I get my money back. Small claims court is next!!!
