Below are some of the first e-mails I received after having ordered a pair of reading glasses through their website. To this day I have not heard from this company after my last e-mail requesting a thorough explanation regarding the delay, mistake, and my legitimate request to have them Send me the Corp. Office's address as well as the name of their CEO:
1)Hi, You should get it within 5 business days. As soon as the package is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Your glasses are being finished in the lab , we need to confirm that these will be distance glasses.
your rx has two prescriptions one for distance and one for reading we made them for distance

3)Hi this is Michelle from coolframes.
The lenses that you payed for were single vision lenses , after we recieved your rx we realized that they were supposed to be for progressive lenses. We can change them to progressive for you . we tried to reach you at the number provided with no success (twice) m sorry for the troubles.
the progressive lenses are $99 dollars extra. if you choose not to do progressives we can make them for reading , your pick

The first report is to be discarded entirely; the company's employees did everything to settle and correct this miscommunication. It has been a pleasure to deal with both Donald and Michelle from Coolframes.com. My first judgment must has been impaired by frustration & impatience.
