Coolgiftstore.com ripoff abused & mistreated and already charged my checking account failure to respond to 11 e-mails New York New York
I ordered two zippo lighters from this company on 12/19/02 I paid extra for 3-day delivery and as of today 12/23/02 I have had no response from this company. They have already charged my account and I have sent them over 10 e-mails in the last week and a half. They had a death in the family but my items should have been mailed to me long before that. All I want is the merchandise which are christmas presents and I obviously wont have them for christmas or a full refund. Poorest excuse for customer service I have ever seen a company give in my entire lifetime.
