Coolpad Defective Cellphone from Manufacturer
I bought a phone on a mobile Network that was manufactured and sold by Coolpad.
The phone is defective. Several contacts have been made to Coolpad. They have promised to replace it as it is under warranty after making contact with their CEO. However, all shipping dates that they have promised have not resulted in delivery.
I'm suffering personally and professionally as a result of a defective phone.
