Complaint Review: Coolsavings - Q Interactive

This site offers free coupons and gift certificates for filling out surveys. First off they are not free, you must purchase from the advertisers to get the items. More importantly is they sign you up for non existent telephone and internet service that get billed to your home phone.

Please search on ESBI or Info Guard on this site. I am having a hard time not only getting my money back but getting ESBI to stop the services and stop billing me. My local phone company Chillicothe Telephone says they can not stop them. ESBI is only the symptom of this problem. Q Interactive and Coolsavings.com are the source of this disease.
