Complaint Review: cooltvproducts.com

I visited the cooltvproducts.com website and ordered a product on 11/28/01. The check was cashed on 12/6/01. A defective product was delivered 2 months later. I was told to return the product and did so on 1/31/02. At that time I requested a refund. I am still waiting for the refund.

I have submitted written complaints to the Better Business Bureau of Connecticut, the Internet Fraud Center and the State of Connecticut- Department of Consumer Protection.

When I initially placed my order I tried to telephone cooltvproducts.com to get a status of the order. The phone lines were continually busy and/or not answered. My e-mails inquiring as to the status of my order were never responded to.

It is now very clear to me that Mr. Brian McMahon and cooltvproducts.com (including McMahon/McHugh Internet Marketing Group) do not intend to issue a full refund to me for the product that I returned to cooltvproducts.com. I do intend to pursue the matter with the agencies I have named in this report. And it is my suggestion that anyone else who has experience the same problems with cooltvproducts.com to file written complaints with these agencies.

Also, please put the word out not to order from any website affiliated with cooltvproducts.com, Brian McMahon and/or McMahon/McHugh Internet Marketing Group, LLC.
