I ordered the IGIA Electrosage online on January 4,2002.
They charged my credit card on January 4, 2002.
I never received the product!
I sent e.mails requesting information on the status of my order.
I sent e.mails demanding my order be cancelled due to no response
They do not return my e.mails.
They do not answer the phone.
They have not refunded me my money.
They have kept my money and they never sent me the product.
The colltvproducts website is now locked.
I have a complaint on file with BBBonline.
I have a complaint on file with my credit card company.
CoolTVProducts and Brian McMahon ripped me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!
