Tried no get in touch with them repeatedly through e-mails which they never returned. Toll-free number says customer reps are helping other customers. Probably a fake toll-free line.

Toll free number is a joke! You just get a recording or you are told that reps are busy helping other customers and to leave a message. That they will call you back. Bull****!! I have left numerous messages and e-mailed many times and no response. But they sure as hell charged my credit card! Stay away from this scam company!!
