My experience was limited but it has not been a good experience and it keeps getting worse. I rented this apt as a short term rental and immediately upon moving in, I couldn't ignore this smell of feces and complained to manager. Manager did come to the apt and decided to pull up the carpets and found that the carpet was laid over feces and want to try to correct it so that i could stay. I opted to move out and two months later am still waiting for my refund. I wiated the required 30 days before I even inquired. THen I was told next week. When it didn't arrive, I called and was she would check on it. Then I was told next week, then told that the accountant reports a gliche so definitely next week, still nothing. Now I can't even get a call back, it appears that no one ever answers the phone. The one time I got asst manager to answer the phone I left a message that I was told would be returned upon managers return and still waiting. How hard is it to print a refund check. When that is done, the persistence stops.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND I AM THE MOST FAIR AND FORGIVING PERSON YOU'D EVER FIND. TO A FAULT BUT ME AND MY CHILD WERE PUT IN HARMS WAY IN THESE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AND THAT IS DIFFICULT TO FORGIVE. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH CORPORATE TO GET THIS RESOLVED BUT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO.
