I was advised of a promotion by my eye doctor for the contact lenses that I purchased through Cooper Vision.  Although I am very happy with the lenses, I fully expected to recover the $50.00 prepaid visa card that was an incentive. I mailed out the requirements, got a confirmation email upon receipt, and did not receive my rebate.

I contacted the customer service department by email, and they advised me to participate in the online chat. The representative calling himself Oscar advised me to send in more information by fax.  I did this, and received no response.  I emailed the company again and they stated that they did not receive anything by fax and to resubmit.  I did resubmit again by fax, received no response and no rebate.

I emailed them once again and the company indicated that the cutoff date for the promotion had passed. I have expressed my frustration and dismay at the lack of respect they diplay for their customers, but I do not feel that this is at all important to them.
