Complaint Review: COOS BAY TOYOTA

this is in regards to the extremely unprofessional conduct & lack of consideration towards myself / my famaily and enterprise rent a car.

i made and appointment with toyota to have a timing belt put on my toyota, the appointment was set for 1:00pm. i received a call at 11:00am. that had to cancel my appointment because something bigger came up.

i had to setup up that whole day diffent because of of that appointment. i had a rental car going to pick me up. because toyota didn't have one. i had to change everyones in the famailys plans because of this appointment.

and this wasn't the frist time that toyotas has screwed me. the frist time. toyota had my truck in the shop to have the frist timing put on. and they left a rig in the bottom of my motor.

and they couldn't hook up everything that they unhook.

and they had it in there after i was in accident they were to go throw the whole front end. but didn't do it. they had it for two days. they told the insurance company that it was wear and tear.

but they didn't even look at it. my tierod ends where a little over a year old, struts were 6 months old, and the list go's on.

i will never go back or send anyone there.
