Complaint Review: COPA MOBILEHOME PARK

 While i rented an apt from this park manager there were issues already in place . The structure was not up to code ( the floor was sinking in spot's ) the electrical was not  up to code and out of date . The insulation was in bad condition alway's hot during the summer even with the ac on  and cold during the winter . The monthly rent was to high in my opinion and  if you needed a repair the manager wanted the rent caught up and kept that way . There are renter's laws in place just for issues like these  ...You weren't allowed to have more than 2 cars the assigned parking lot . No real security and the speed limit wasn't enforced .
