SCAMMED!I am a 50yr. old LPN disabled, income $800/month.i own a timeshare at Mt. Laurel, pocono Pa.Due to being bedridden from surgical complications 5/4/05 to present I had not,nor would use it..I researched timeshares and was soon contacted by Copeland Marketing. Corp,Daytona Beach Florida.

Jason Attride harrassed me by calling many times daily to sell my timeshare.I then checked their reputation with the BBB..it was good. I needed the money badly to pay bills.I sent Jason Attride/Copeland $540.00 on 5/12/06.Order No. 11054545SC67 and Never heard from them again.I tried numerous calls and e-mails to no avail.Soon their e-mails came back ERROR.

Please help me get my much needed money back.I had to borrow it from my daughter to pay for this.It was nothing but a scam.PLEASE help me $540.00 to me is like $5000.00 to someone with an average income!

I am shocked that this is still on here. Total garbage. Donna never gave me $540.00 dollars. She gave an internet advertising company $540.00 to advertise her timeshare for sale. I was paid only to answer phone calls as a part time job in college. She hoped an ad would result in a buyer. It did'nt work, that is not a scam and I did not receive any money from this woman. People make unprofitable decisions daily. Why don't we all blame all our mistakes on someone and just start putting their names on here as scam artists that tricked us. I have a big beef with Chrysler Financial right now. They screwed me on the price of a truck, the new sale price dropped $10,000 a week after I bought mine. I was not scammed, I won't put the poor sales persons name on here, or the finance persons name at Chrysler who won't refinance it for me. It was my fault, bad decision, I learned from it. I don't buy brand new cars anymore. The lesson here is stop trying to sell a timeshare on the internet. Why would that work?????????

This is a response to the only report filed against me. I worked at Copeland Marketing I responded to an add to be a telemarketer. I was a 25 year old college student with 3 children. I was given a script that was approved by the state of florida. I told all customers only exactly what appeared on the contract that was then sent out and signed by the customer. If you buy a timeshare it is very hard to find a company that can produce a buyer. If you choose a cheap form like internet advertising to sell your unit, beware, there is no magic way to produce a buyer. As a timeshare owner you were pressured and beat over the head into buying one. How can you expect an add to do the same thing? Do you feel like the resort or the resort sales team scamed you? Are they willing to help you sell that amazing timeshare?? How can you have the gaul to publicly blame a telemarketer for the ineffective marketing techniques of a 7 year old company that even the state of florida allowed to conduct business. Why am i held accountable for your decisions or the conduct or management of a corporation?

As a disabled LPN are you accountable for the conduct of the ceo of the hospital where you worked? How many people have died at your hospital from poor care or they were'nt rich enough to afford a new body organ? How many patients and patients family members have you scamed??? Or where you just an employee doing your job to support your family?

I worked at Copeland Marketing for a short time. I was only an employee. I am a father of 3 children. I am not resonsible for Copeland Marketing or their actions. The same way you and no one else is responsible for what their bosses or corporations they work for choose to do to people to make money. I would appreciate you not slandering my name because you are mad at a company. I will look into a legal remedy for this public attack on my good name.
