Copper Chef pas advertised on National T.V. about how great the pan is and tells of a great warranty. Well my wife purchased the pan  from home shopping channel and they give a 30 day warranty to exchange only. However, the company boast of almost lifetime warranty. After 2 months the copper coating began to come off. Thinking this company would standby its advertiseing warranty, she called the companys customer and explained the issue. Things went down hill from there. They told her to return it to where she boutght it. She explained that their return policy had expired so she was calling directly to the company.Copper Chef told her they had no recoed of purchase. She told them when and where she purchased it.They as much  as told her "Oh Well".  I have read their reviews and noticed that they consistanly get 1Star  reviews for the same issue. Its ashamed that their marketing team would NOT adress this since so many consumers are complaining about the same issue. No corrective action is ever taken. Not even an offer to repalace tthe pan.

In conclusion, Do Not Buy this product. It is a total Rip Off. They don't stand behind their warranty.
