We purchased a timeshare at Coral Resorts in Sept.2011.We traded a paid for week at Carlsbad Resort in CA.(already sold). The week that Patrick Budnick sold us was useless week 5. Feb.week. Not at all what he told us. After going down in April for NEW OWNERS, we upgraded with help from Lachelle Taylor. We have been trying to contact owner services since early June. No response or call backs from anyone.I received a maintainence bill today with reservation forms for 2012 today.2012 is almost over. So I will pay a fee for a timeshare that I will not use this year. There are so many questions and no one to answer them.We have and every other year use and an addendum was added to upgrade to a gold week at Coral Reef resort when inventory becomes available. Does it ever come available or are we stuck with Island links silver.? I hope that we can get this resolved.Please any suggestions from any one that has resolved issues please send advice.
