I have been a victim of financial abuse,  by a conniving, deceiving, deceitful, evil and wicked person or persons at a Dental office of 6267 W Sample Rd, in Cora Springs Florida, They are creating work to deceive innocent unsuspecting persons of the conniving and thieves that they are. I visited Family Dentistry to ask the written cost of a Bridge and or partial , the cost they told me it will be  the same as any in-network provider dentist, in writing, and so I agreed to
employ Family Dentistry and Dr,Patel, the dentist of 6267 W Sample Rd, Coral Springs Fl 33067.

I want a lower partial, but I want the new flexible partial and to have two of my teeth extracted, More x-rays was taken ( about 8 times), and a plan of the procedures made, she gave me her opinion, I returned to the office for one of
the extraction to be done, I did not want to have two teeth extracted at the same time,  I was surprised when I
received the statement from my insurance co, the charges was an out of net work provider and my co pay made for the work to be done, I said to be done because they also charge our card $1,000.00 before any other work was done,
when I ask them why? I was told they have to run the card to cover my co-pay,;so far they have rip me off over $4,000.00.

So now my mouth is healing, Dr, Patel decided to take another impression of my lower and upper teeth, (they took about 7 impressions)  she injected my mouth and started to grind my tooth, when I ask what are you doing she said she is preparing; my tooth for a Cap or Crown I told her a I do not want a Crown, I want the tooth extracted,  she said it is a perfectly good strong tooth no need to extract it, then why are we capping it, she gave me some story about the root of the tooth, I cannot remember exactly what she said, on my next visit I told her the tooth is paining me she said it will
settle down, she extracted two more teeth on the upper left side, with which she broke the root of on e of the tooth and could get it out after about what seem like 30 minutes, my mouth bleed and hurt for about two weeks.  

 I argued about the charges, do not worry they told me, we  will be adjusting the price and statement, and so I continued to use them, but insisted to have a talk with the owner of the office or manager after many days of calling for an appoint and being told the owner do not come to the office, and the manager she is not coming to the office until next week, I made an appointment to speak with the office manager, but was told call first before I come, just in case she have an emergency and cannot make the appointment,  unfortunately when I called to let them know I was on my way they told me she had just left the office I keep on calling for about two weeks trying to have a talk with owner or manager about the charges, then finally the manager agreed to meet, but her opinion was that the charges are right, needless to say I was furious, now  l was told by Dr, Patel I needed to have two more teeth extracted for the lower flexible Partial to fit properly, and so I agreed reluctantly for me to pay an Extra $75.00 to have two extraction done.

Would you believe they made a metal lower partial, which I refused, on my next visit they made a wax trial for the Flex Partial, I told the dentist the flex Partial looks like a child made it, I do not want it, on my next visit they are
still trying to make me take the metal partial after I told them I do not want it.

The tooth that Dr, Patel installed the crown on in my mouth is still hurting me, I when to another Dentist he told me that the Root is Infected and the Nerve is damage, he gave me a penicillin perception, told me the tooth should
be extracted. 

They still have not given back my money, they are the biggest crooks, and they call themselves Family Dentistry
