Purchased a set of hard bags for a 2013 Suzuki motorcycle back in February 2016.  Had problems with paint cracking and defective lids, which prevented the locks from securing properly.  Had them inspected by the manager in Florida shop, who verified issues with no owner damage.  I was told they would have to make a new set of bags.  They could not repair in that location and had to be sent back to factory in California. After sending back with the RMA, they were returned to me unrepaired..

After about 3 weeks of struggling to get them to honor their own warranty, they were again, sent back and repainted, but the locks/lids were not addressed.  The paint begain cracking again and I called the company again.  They asked for pictures, which I did send. They avoided all of my follow up calls and emails, but stated that my bags had impact damage that they saw in the pictures.  They failed to answer any of my questions of what pictures were they looking at.

Took motorcycle to a certified Suzuki dealers and received letter stating no impact damage and the cause of the paint cracking was due to fiberglass cracking.  Referred me to a fiberglass repair, who also documented in writing that the firberglass was defective and the damage was not due to impact, but was in the manufactoiring.
