I cannot walk inside a nuclear plant and jump in the water. They supplied the work objective, safety crew, and personnel that flunked the last work school that was put on that job. They also supplied the faulty tool that was repaired with a welding rod that closed the valve before it was cleaned . They supplied the ropes around the hole i entered. They also lifted the manhole i entered . My job was to clean the valve- you clean while open so it has a seals when closed. Why would someone close the valve before it was cleaned if you were on site to clean it? You could have made an solid argument on many points instead of rolling over. Why have a trail lawyer that wont go to trail?
It would have been better to have went to trial and lost - Being young and dumb, it was a surprise that my corner could simple say we aren't fighting anymore. It was a surprise that the lawyer who wouldn't go trial was going to sue for legal fees if i got someone that was willing to go the extra mile.
In my opinion you shut the door because you dropped the ball. That wasnt my faut and i know you would fire any associate that did anything similar.
We dont need to be pen pals. The only satisfaction i am going to get is publicizing my story. You wound never admit things could have been done better.

All stated by me on ripoff report is my personal opinion. I mean no harm to Mr Corboy. I simply want people to know that this past client isnt impressed.
