Core Health Insurance and its 3rd party administrator (insurancetpa.com) will not pay claims and are impossible to communicate with.  Phone lines are always busy and messages are never returned.  Insurance is sold through an agent named Shannon Kennedy who is also impossible to communicate with or get a response from. 

I had a policy for 8 months before filing a claim.  After two months of waiting,  I began trying to call insurancetpa.com and the only live person I could talk to is someone in billing who told me how to cancel my policy if I am not satisfied.   It is impossible to communicate with the claims department at all.  

I have experienced other insurance companies deny a claim for various reasons but Core Health Insurance will not even respond to a claim or provide anyway to communicate with a claims department.
