Complaint Review: Core Realty Holding Mgtm & Core Northridge Promenade

Warning to investors and potential tenants or real estate agent working with Core Realty Holding or Northridge Promenade, also Told Parners Inc. I am a Realtor whom has deliver a tenant to Core Promenade in Northridge, normally in residential leases we are paid when delivered. This lease agreement also included compensation with delivery of signed lease. The business I represented as their agent has been up and running for over a month now and I have not heard from Core's Nels Billsten or Told Partners Inc Patrick Vincent Hall. These are two major Industrial/Commercial real estate companies taking advantage of the small guys during these tuff times. Regardless if or how I am compensated going forward they have both violated a contract by not finalizing the terms. They required and received a large deposit, without having my commission ready on delivery. I have all corresponding documentations available upon request for any agencies or firms that would like to review them. I would like a media company to document the behavior and use to warn others. Help David get Goliath.....these are tuff times and this behavior is unacceptable.
