Complaint Review: Core Skin Treatment Product

I made an online purchase of a face cream and eye cream for $5.97 each.

After receiving the product, I realized the products were no better then the over the counter hand lotions I already had so I emailed the company and cancelled any further orders as the original ad had instructed ( well within the 14 days time limit)

While at the store yesterday my debit card was declined, when I got home and checked the online bank site I discovered this company had debited my account two debits, one for $85 and one for $87!!!!

I immediatley contacted the company and they stated that Ihad not cancelled the account. I told them the date I had cancelled and the time the email was sent, it was only then that they stated that I was supposed to call them. I spent quite a while arguing with them about this debit. Even explaining that I had been declined a purchase at the store because of it and now would have a problem paying my light bill. All I heard from the customer service was some snickering from someone behind the woman I was talking to. 

I could'nt believe how callous and uncaring she was.

She stated she would cancel further debits but that I would NOT be refunded any money at all.

This company is a true scam and their product is no better then anything you can buy OTC at WalMart. Don't waste your money.
