after three uses of the spa cover it ripped. Pomin's was immediately contacted and they contacted corecovers.com. Corecovers response was that it was due to improper use. I have own spas for 30 years and purchased many covers and know how to properly use a spa cover. Neither Pomin's nor corecovers would come and take a look at it. Pics were sent to both.
